This is rachael Bobbi's daughter. I just wanted to let everyone know that mom had a heart attack today and was rushed into immediate surgery. They gave her 3 stents and the surgery went very well. They'll be keeping her there a couple days and then she'll be able to come home for a week to rest before returning to get another stent put in. The doctors have very high hopes that after all of this her heart should be perfectly fine. I'm asking everyone for extra prayers this evening and many days to follow. Ill be taking her laptop to her tomorrow morning so I'm sure she'll get on to update you all.

Oh dear, when Bobbi said she felt like crap she sure wasn't fooling around. I am so glad you let us know about your mom, Rachel, and so very happy that she is going to be alright. We will all be anxiously awaiting words from her to reassure us of her improving health.
Many prayers are heading up to Him for continued recovery. Bobbi, you pay attention to what the dr's order and do what is recommended for a full recovery. We want you with us for a long time to come!!

Rachael; thank you ever so much for letting us know about your Mom. That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Good Heavens Bobbi.... when you do things, you DO things! I looked back over your recent posts; you looked after the boys on the 2nd, got your motoized chair ; even tried it out on the 3th but didn't say anything about feeling like "crap" (your words  ) till the 5th...... today';s the 7th and y'day is when this transpired. I have to say..... you took me by surprise.  I wasn't thinking heart problems whatsoever! Obviously this was news to you as well. I'm just so glad that e'thing turned out O.K.; I'm truly thankful Bobbi. Please rest up, recover, heal, then come on home to us. We love you....   |

Dear Bobbi, I remember you saying you were not well, and it seemed to pass and was not what you thought, I think you must have had chest pains, gosh Bobbi I'm so sorry, Thank God for the stents, and it sounds like you had quite a few heart blockages, and one more stent to go. Rich had the same thing, so scary and can be life threating. Your a fighter, please rest and get well, you are so Important to all of us, and you are my friend, when we met, i thought wow you and Rachael are so lovely and beautiful, I will see you again one day, I promise. Dear Bobbi - Don't post much but read this site daily. You have always impressed me with your strength, courage and concern for all. Prayers and healing thoughts will be constantly flowing your way until this setback is over. Please know how much you are loved and respected.
P.S. Thanks, Rachael, for keeping us informed. Your mom is so proud of you...and rightly so.

Thank you so much everyone for the kind words and prayers.. I just spoke to mom and she said she wasn't feeling good but I think thats to be expected. She's a fighter and an amazing women, though I don't say it near enough. I'll be heading up to see her in an hour or so and will keep you all posted

Hi Rachel Thank you very much , I just got back from bringing a Friend to a hospital 45 miles away to have stints put in his legs . which did not work out . Please tell your mom I'll be lighting a candle @ our shrine in the morning for her . & I wish her a speedy recovery |

Bobbi...we worry so much about our lungs that we forget that there are other things that can be a problem as well. Heal quickly. We are all sending prayers for a speedy recovery.

Well this is me Im still in the hospital alive and kicking and alot whiney. Waiting on food and a clean bed. have bearly slept in three days man this is no place to rest. Thanks for all the kind words love you all.

Hurray, she has spoken!!! Sooooo good to hear from you and I don't give a rat's patooie if you're whiney or not, just get well the best way you can. Sure hope the food there is better than the food they fed me in the hospital. No small wonder I lost all that weight, . Are you in intensive care or a regular room? Do you have to stay there until next week when they do the other stent or will you go home to wait? Still praying and talking to God about how important you are. He's listening I see. Love, Sue |
