Apple season is finally here with bins full of lovely apples. This is one of my favorite low calorie desserts. I've even fed this to my family without telling them it was "diet" food and they loved it.
8 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice 3 cups chopped apples (I use Fuji or Gala) 8 oz tub of Cool Whip 1 small pkg of butterscotch instant pudding mix (dry) 1 cup of mini marshmallow
Throw it all in a bowl and stir. So good. Only about 50 cals per cup.
