Assuming you've a high power microwave (otherwise double the time)
This one's for your fresh NZ tomatoes Larry.
Slice the tomatoes on a microwavable plate (single layer)
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Kraft Pamessan cheese, nuke and serve as a side!
(Even if you don't have oil, just sprinkle with the cheese)

Will try that tomorrow, always have olive oil, and sure have tomatoes at the moment.

OMG That looks so good. What kind of cheese did you use it looks to yellow for Pamessan cheese, But it looks good!!! Bobbi

The cheese was a budget brand Tasty, what I had in the fridge. ;D The tomato was direct from the garden
