Folks, you can adjust this recipe to your own taste.
1/2 # Fusili Pasta 1 cup each of diced carrots, onions, celery, red peppers (you can even get them pre-diced in produce section if you like) 1/2 container of grape tomatoes, halved 1/2 can pitted black olives, sliced or chopped 1/4 # hard salami, diced 1/4 # sharp provolone ( I prefer Belgiosi) diced 1/4 # mozzarella 3/4 large bottle of Italian dressing
Boil pasta until al dente. Chop ingredients while pasta is cooling. Mix pasta, veggies, meat, and cheeses together. Add dressing. Chill and eat.

I'll tell you what Antoinette.... my hubby would LIVE on Pasta if I allowed him!
This one sounds really good and I could impress him..... BUT; Belgosi cheese? Never tried it. Is there a substitute I could use? And; nix on the lives (though he likes them.... YUCK)

I love black olives and no one else that I give it to does....so I have to do my own reserve!!!!!!!!! Belgiosi is a brand of sharp provolone. It is the best I have tried around here from a regular grocery store. Any brand will do.
