My operating system is Windows XP Professional; my browser is Explorer. I picked the virus up once before, thought I'd gotten rid of it but a photo I received (in this case through Image Shack), semed to "retrigger" the dormant file. The problem was NOT with the sender/sharer of the photo but I do suspect it was embedded somewhere in Image Shack. This particular virus originates on a Malicious Website and if memory serves me correct I think I originally picked it up on a joke website when I was looking for funny pix and cartoons. I'm "hoping" the problem isn't directly with Image Shack since many of us use it. It's known as the XP Sercuity Virus; looks official etc but.... it's not. It knocked out AVG (which is updated and a scan run every morning) and my Internet access. Fortunately when we purcased AVG as our virus protection, we also had them send the actual "physical" DVD which is also a boot disc. (We also backdated the registry to the day before) then put the AVG DVD in. Anyway..... if you want to see what it "looks like" go to www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-internet-security-2011There's 12 screen shot images. Just click on the image itself etc Whatever you do..... if this little bugger comes in, do NOT let it scan. Stop it. update your virus checker right away, then do a full scan.

"Thank you for the warning, Jackie. Personally won't have to worry about it with my mac, but I had plenty of troubles with my old pc and it's nice to be warned. That was a good idea to show link to what to look for.
