Baran's Wicked Brew Brandy/Wine
1 gal. fruit or berries (cut the fruit up, and with grapes, squeeze the insides out, but still use both parts.)
2 lemons, cut into quarters 2 gal warm water 1 gal cold water 2 oz. cake yeast 1 pint warm water 3 - 4 lbs raisins 10 lbs sugar
Dissolve yeast in pt. of warm water.
Put 2 gal of warm water and 10 lbs of sugar in large crock and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add yeast water and the 1 gal of cold water and stir.
Add fruit/berries and lemons and stir again.
Let sit for 9 days covered with either a lid or a towel weighted down.
Add raisins on the 9th day, and let sit for another 23 days covered.
Bottle using a siphon and cap tightly. Wine is finished to drink in 6 months, a year for blackberry.
Remember, don't drink and drive!!!
