For folks who don't yet know how to open/start a new topic or thread....
For instance, if you want to open the gate for daily chat (if no one has yet)
1. On the main page, click on the area you want to start a new topic. (In this case it would be "Over the Back Fence-Daily Meet & Greet)
2. On the next page, in the upper right hand border you'll see "New Thread" Click on it.
3. In the "Subject" put the day and date (assuming it's for daily chat)
4. Type your message, then at the bottom, click Post Message.
Voila!
You would basically do the same think if say you wanted to start a new topic for discussion/questions in the COPD area.
You'd click on the COPD area (on the main page), then click new thread, type in your topic in the Sunject area, type your message, then click post message.

Yukongal.... don't give it a 2nd thought! Took me a good year to figure out how to post some stuff on these types of Boards. Heck; even receiving private messages I'd miss by months! Come to think of it... we should do a How To on PM's..... So... Thank You! |
