BBQ-Glazed mini meat loaves (Kraft What's Cooking magazine)
1 C hot water 1 pkg Stove top stuffing mix for chicken 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 C mozza-chedder shredded cheese 2 Green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 C Bull's-Eye Bold Original BBQ sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar **1 tbsp hoisen sauce (my addition)
Heat oven to 375F Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl: stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese, and onions; mix well. Press into 12 muffin cups, sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 min. or until done, brushing with combined bbq sauce, sugar and hoisen sauce for the last 10 min.
** this can easily be doubled and freezes well.

I love the addition of hoisin sauce - very clever. Sounds quite easy and fun.
