You have to try different strains. High THC is the bronchodilator. Try something like sour diesel. It's a Sativa. I can get all kinds of different strains from the Dispensary. I have gone through about 5 strains. I am going back tomorrow to stock up for the holidays. I'll get about 3 more bottles. You can get Sativa for day and Indica for night. They always seem to be out of Indica when I go there. I like the Sativa better though.
The real stuff I need is FECO, Full Effects Cannabis Oil. I can't get it in the Fl Dispensaries. Maybe it will catch on in the future.

My Pulmonary doctor has told me years ago that there is nothing else he can do except send me for a lung transplant. All he does for me is run a ct scan and lung function test once a year to see where I am at in the disease. I respect that. He went to medical school and that is what they taught him. I am glad he doesn't mind me trying out other alternatives.
Now my Primary doctor is something else. He is a family practice doctor and has just become a certified cannabis doctor this year. I think he is looking into his future about alternative medicine. He is pleased to see all his patient doing very well on cannabis.

What Is Pinene and What Are the Benefits of This Cannabis Terpene?
Pinene (or α-pinene) is an aromatic compound commonly found in cannabis that smells a lot like – you guessed it – a forest of pine trees. But pinene brings a lot more to a strain’s experience than just flavor. Terpenes such as pinene are fragrant oils secreted in marijuana trichomes, and while they originally developed as an adaptive protection against predators, these compounds offer us humans a variety of benefits. And, fun fact: pinene can also be found in conifer trees, orange peels, turpentine, pine needles, rosemary, dill, basil, and parsley.
Pinene’s Effects and Benefits Just as different cannabinoids have different effects, so do terpenes. These unique attributes contribute to the overall composition of a strain, adding a dimension to each one’s “personality.” Some of pinene’s known effects and benefits include:
Anti-inflammatory
Bronchodilator (helps improve airflow to lungs)
Helps counter short-term memory loss associated with THC
Promotes alertness
You should note that these effects are modulated by other compounds. For example, strains containing high levels of the sedating terpene myrcene may not provide the alert effects mentioned above. It’s important to consider the entire chemical composition of a strain when looking for a specific effect.
High Pinene Cannabis Strains
The presence of pinene is highly dependent on a variety of environmental factors like grow medium, flowering time, and curing processes. These strains have the genetic potential to produce high levels of pinene, but the only way to know for sure is through lab-tested product. Luckily, pinene’s distinct aroma lets you follow your nose to many other strains containing this terpene – just sniff out the pine-scented varieties or use Leafly’s filters to find strains that fight inflammation, help with asthma, and promote focus.

My Pulmonary doctor does not know the benefits of medical cannabis. He went to a different school. Even though he does not prescribe it, he doesn't mind me trying it. Actually it hurts his business because I take less of his drugs, mostly the big name inhalers.
Doctors are relying on people who use cannabis oil to tell them if they are better or worse for taking the medicine. My doctors are tickled to death that I use less oxygen when I am using Full Effects Cannabis Oil. It's not good for the oxygen suppliers. But eventually my emphysema will get worse and oxygen will be needed permanently.
I have noticed when I was moving I used less FECO and went back to using more oxygen. I felt more short of breath. Now that I have settled into my new place I will get back into a routine like I had before I moved.
It's trial and error with any medicine. First you have to try it.

That does not surprise me. I got emphysema when I was in the oilfield. I was allergic to some in crude oil and I kept coming down with pneumonia. Three times in less than three yeas. Third ex-ray showed the beginning of emphysema. I got away from the crude oil and never did get pneumonia again. That was in 1983.
I am sure that something in the printer process has something made from the crude oil.

Cannabis Oil From Marijuana Is Having Success As COPD Treatment.
COPD is the most common used thing for “Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,” a rather uncoordinated and vague illustration for most of us. It encompass a few different pulmonary disease, such as emphysema, Bronchiectasis & chronic bronchitis. The scary part is that it’s a mystery to our pharmaceutical industry medical system and it gets progressively worse, often leading to death. It’s third in disease death rates, behind only Cardiovascular disease and cancer. COPD creates hamper airways in one’s lungs or broadcast small lung sacks inflexible and inadequate to fully relieve breathing cycles; thus, there is stumbling block . Cannabis Oil From Marijuana Is Having Success As COPD Treatment Medications.
COPD Symptoms Stages include some or all of the following: losing one’s breath with minor activity, chronic coughing, increased sputum, chest tightness or pain with difficulty breathing, increased lung infections and fatigue. It has been observed to have four stages. Many of those lugging oxygen basket around are in the last two stages. The pharmaceuticals determine for treating symptoms often have side effects that cause more problems. Big Pharma is still fishing for cures, while COPD Symptoms Diagnoses rates sustain rising in our toxic environment.
Medical Marijuana To The Rescue Once Again
The COPD Treatment Medications situation is so bleak and harmful with mainstream medicine that those desperate to breathe normally and cough up less mucus have desperately turned to medical marijuana for at least some relief without negative side effects. Smoking marijuana cigarettes is shunned for obvious reasons, but many claim that vaping, or using a vaporizer to inhale cannabis, is useful for COPD without exacerbating the lungs’ inflammatory condition. But better results have been achieved by ingesting cannabis, especially the potent, highly condensed oil extract that Rick Simpson pioneered in Canada and now in Eastern Europe. Many medical marijuana advocates, especially those in medical-cannabis-friendly states, have learned to make the oil and provide it to those in need.
Most of the cannabis COPD Treatment Drugs publicity has gone toward cancer, Crohn’s disease, chronic epileptic seizures and glaucoma. Even Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis victims have experienced positive results from various cannabis products with THC applications. Pharmaceutical-dependent mainstream medicine hasn’t been able to cure any of these diseases or even alleviate symptoms without creating complications, some fatal. More COPD Patients have hopped on the cannabis cure bandwagon with positive results lately. These results include folks with late-stage COPD and severe emphysema.

I just saw this on twitter.
Ontario Lung An estimated 1.6 million Canadians live with COPD, yet it is believed almost as many have COPD and don’t know it.
COPD is now the third leading cause of death in Canada.
On December 5, 2018 we will release our initial findings from our national survey.

I was put on Trelegy Ellipta and it did not agree with me. Then I read it will interact with certain herbs. So I figured that was the problem. I take a lot of herbs. So I went back to Anoro which is what I was on and I liked it. Now I have quit Anoro since I started medical cannabis.
I have heard from a lot of people that say they like Trelegy Ellipta so it must be a good drug.
