Barb had asked at the fence.....
The size is fine, at least on my monitor..... It was originally much smaller (hard to read)when they did the transfer. We can reduce it but..... How was it before and what are you using or what's the size of your monitor?
I'll check it on my notebook later.....
How is it for the rest of you?

if you it 'ctrl & the wheel on your mouse and move it backward towards you it should shrink the screen. Moving it forward will enlarge it, mine was too big also and this is what I did and it worked.....hope it works for you also!!!

Hi Jackie, the screen size is OK for me but the print is a bit small, to increase the print size, do the following.
Go to admin. Go to themes Go to advanced styles +css Go to default forum text Where is says font size change it to medium.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and save changes. Don't take any notice of what you see after that, just go to Home then see if the size suits you.
It's way past my bed time, but if you are still having problems I'll be back in the morning.

Thanks Jim.... I know you've had experience with the new sites so your input will be invaluable! I'll try it (for the fonts)
As for the screen size fit.... I've checked it on my little notebook now.... it's fine there. Hopefully Peter and Barb it's resolved for you?

Just thought I would mention, that we had problems for about a week after the change over, but then they were fixed, so I think Proboards check the sites out after the change and fix any problems.

I was having problems on my notebook. I use Chrome as my browser (instead of Firefox or Internet Explorer). It turns out I had to adjust my zoom settings in Chrome (using the settings link) as it had gone to 110% somehow, for the forums only. Small fix but had me worried there for a bit.
Thanks for the tips about the font size, Jim!

That might be the reason Deborah.... Chrome. It seems to me that I heard about problems with ProBoards and Chrome so that's a great tip for folks who use it!

Thank heavens I have no problems with screen or font size, but I did try what Colleen suggested and it worked for me to change the size. I put it back to where it was, though, as is perfect.

I don't see this feature any longer "View the 75 most recent posts of this forum." (except COPD Canada had 50 instead of the 75. I always just read this forum buy clicking on the link for the most recent posts. Made reading simple...at least for me. I really miss this feature

Q & A's

I don't see the date and time on the heading of the home page. I counted on this to tell me what the date is. Also, I usually leave the current days postings up and then reload in the morning to see what was posted after me. Now that the postings don't put the current date up or time can't do that. And since there's no time or date in the heading don't know if that part has reloaded or not as I use my history to get around. Am I understood? I sound confusing to myself, .

I know the date a time shows on each individual posting. I'm just referring to the home page and the heading of each page. Thanks.
