Linndies husband Rich has informed me that Our Linndie has passed away ! Subject: Re: How are you John Linndie has not been online for quite some time. I think the email I'm using as a response was probably one of the last times she go to the forum. Not sure as it was her thing and I never intruded. The reason she stayed away was she was getting weaker and sicker, which brings me to the real intent of writing you. I wanted to let you know so that u could pass on the info to her friends there that at 1230 AM on Jan 25th Linndie finally lost her fight with COPD and Lung cancer. She fought long and hard, but couldn't overcome this episode. I'm thankful that in the end she was able to be kept peace and pain free. Her pulmonologist and the oncology ward at St. Josephs Hospital saw to that. She had been admitted on Mon, Jan 19th. The plan was to move her to a hospice house yesterday for care but her pulmonologist stopped, saying she would not survive the ambulance transfer. Please let those that remember her know, I would appreciate it and I'm sure even as private as she was, she would too. Glad we got to meet when you were down this way. Made sending easier than off to a stranger. . Ask everyone to keep her in their prayers, I know she would like that. Thanks Rich (AKA Mr. Linndie) On Tue, Jul 29, 2014 at 7:32 AM, jpe <jpe449@verizon.net> wrote: Linndie ; I hope you are doing better .I was very happy to see you on line this am .We all miss you . To Linrich St Rich; Thank You so much for letting us know . There wasn't a day that went by that someone on the Copd in Canada and the World forum would ask about Linndie . She was a special lady and my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family . Attachment Deleted Take Care John .

Rich I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Linndie was a special lady who touched many here, I will miss her chats at the fence and her caring of others. She always loved her chickenlips, and was so happy in her home feeding the 'critters' that came to the patio. Condolences to you and the family.

angel May the angels surround Linndie as she learns her way around the Heavens and receives God's Blessing's. I have been missing her for months and have been unable to come to the forum myself for the past year on and off for the same reasons as we have been missing reading Linndie's words of cheer, etc... Just too tired and sick. I so hope that she was able to receive some happiness in the air and surrounding her during the time she's been away here.
I know I enjoyed listening to her write about so many things: the twins, the new and the old homes, the cruise, the camping, the cats and the feral cats and squirrels. I tried to console her with the sadness she was feeling about your daughters and granddaughters. Not easy for you both. We all know how much she loved you, Rich. You were always on her mind.
Of course I will keep you both in my mind and prayers. God Bless you both. Amen
Love, Susanny

Finally Figured out how to get here. As I told John, this was Linndie's place and never intruded. I thank you all for kind words and prayers. Her family, I and many friends here in Tampa will be holding a "Celebration of Life" in her memory this Saturday February 7th at 3:00 PM. So if you think of it, take a moment and think of her just once more than. Thanks again for the support. I knew it was there, just didn't know how to get here. Rich Stehm
