2 8 oz. Packages of chopped Broccoli 1 small Velveeta cheese 10 oz ? or any kind of cheese you like -I've done cheddar 1 stick of butter 2 cans of mushroom soup 1 1/2 Cup of minute rice 1 small chopped onion 1 cup milk
Cut up cheese & butter into bite size pieces. Put into a 9 X 13 pan. Throw everything in and mix in pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 uncovered.
