Donna Wilson is so realistic about what is needed when you can't catch your breath. I periodically check to see if she has added any new ones. This is my favorite and it was good to review what it says. I try to remember her simple directions for those moments I get a little panicky.
If link doesn't work, just do youtube and then search for donna Wilson and then the one that has multiple videos ( in all.) We all need some guidance and she does a great job.
