Donna Wilson is so realistic about what is needed when you can't catch your breath. I periodically check to see if she has added any new ones. This is my favorite and it was good to review what it says. I try to remember her simple directions for those moments I get a little panicky.
If link doesn't work, just do youtube and then search for donna Wilson and then the one that has multiple videos ( in all.) We all need some guidance and she does a great job.

Skate, Thank you so much, Used that technique last night after I read this, and to be honest I went to sleep pretty good but that wasn't until like 3 in the morning. I also have insomnia oh, it's been going on for a long time. Take care my friend.
