Every year around this time of the year, I sit in my glider chair, look out the large bay window and think about life. Specifically, about the great time / life changing improvement times I had with my dear friends and get an instant smile. And like every year, I then write them an email - thanking them for improving my life. And/Or, for giving me great memories to reflect back on. As a reminder, it's now that time of year to do the same with your dear friends and physical distance family. Or, do whatever works in your close circle of friends / family.
Hope this reminder helps others....

As I lay here in bed day after day trying to be able to just get outside one more time! I get dressed or go from one room to the next I'm winded It's hard to believe I have such a bad disease in my lungs and all the other stuff I'm dealing with. I feel grateful I have water, hot meals, happy I can eat when ever I want! I'm thank for for all things! All people I met, and yet to meet. After my momma died and my brother's commen law wife died. I couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. So people think we'll time to move on, she had a wonderful long life! How do they know if my mom had a great life while still alive. She was in servers RA Pain. Her hand all twisted the pain that would hurt her hands I'd see tears in her eyes I would never understand as a child and seeing mom cry quietly, because of all the pain she went through!
I know my mom needed relief, I did as much for her I could so she would feel better poor mom! But she would about cry bc I did private stuff for her and she was so practical and sweet, feeling bad if she had to ask me for something, I was there to help! I've had a very hard life but no matter what I was always there for mom and dad's sicknesses. Dad was harder to care for, poor man was so thankful you took time to visit, he told me God blessed him many times over 2 weeks be4 he died. I love them both very much. No matter what!!
Hope all my American friends had a great Thanksgiving? I'm still in and out of the fridge for more food hahaha
Well take it easyyy, take it easy. Live Gail xx
