Description: These really do fall off the bone Ingredients: cooking spray 1/4 cup tomato paste 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 2 Tablespoons mustard 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion 2 Tablespoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons black pepper 3 Tablespoons Splenda sweetener 1 - 4oz can chopped green chilies, drained 4 pounds beef short ribs How To Prepare: Coat the slow cooker crock with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except ribs; mix well. Using clean hands, spread the mixture over the ribs, coating well. Place the ribs in the slow cooker crock.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Let ribs rest, covered, for 5-10 minutes before serving. Use tongs to transfer ribs to a serving platter.
