18 Slices of Bread ( any kind the older the better) 8 Jumbo Eggs 1cup of Sugar 3 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 teaspoon Nutmeg 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Dash of Salt 2 1/2 cups of milk Tear up bread in Large Chunks -- set to the side Beat the 8 Jumbo Eggs with fork Add Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla and Milk and the dash of Salt
Mix together adding hands full of bread at a time until all the bread is in mixture. Fold in the Bread don't mix or stir. Till all of Bread is covered.
In a Cake Pan 9x13 grease with butter pretty heavy.
Pour Bread Mixture in cake pan. Pan will be full to the top. Sprinkle Top with Cinnamon pretty heavy coating.
Carefully put in Preheated oven of 400 Bake 15 mins. Turn oven down to 375 and bake till fork comes out of the middle clean and the Bread Pudding is pulling away from the sides.
It will be high in the pan. Place on rack to cool. It will fall. Once it is cool. Cut and serve. Makes 12 to 15 pieces depending on your cuts.

Oh I just saw this my hubby has been whinning for bread pudding for years he will love this I will try it this week. bobbioh

I have never had bread pudding before, but it sure sounds good, and anything with the word "bread" in it usually has my name written all over it. Thanks...Joyce
