2 tbsp. reduced soudium soy sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp water 2 tbsp ccornstarch NONSTICK VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY 3 tsp. vegetable oil DIVIDED 2 tsp. sesame seeds 10 green onions, sliced diagonally 1 cup of red bell peppers cut into strips 1 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips 3 cups broccli florets, sliced in half 1 lb. beef sirloin stead, boneless, cut cross grain into 1/8 strips 1 1/4 cups long-graom white rie, cooked according to package directions without salt or fat
In skillet stir fry vetetable in 1/2 of oil till tender Take the rest of remaining ingredients add to same skillet stir until thick. Pour over veggies. Add sesame seeds. Serves four
