4 PORK CHOPS 1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM 1/4 CUP WATER 4 CUPS THINLY SLICED POTATOES 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION SALT & PEPPER
BROWN PORK CHOPS. BLEND SOUP, SOUR CREAM & WATER.
IN CASSROLE DISH-1ST LAYER OF POTATOES, ONIONS,SALT & PEPPER, SPREAD 1/2 SOUP MIXTURE. 2ND LAYER OF POTATOES, ONIONS, SALT & PEPPER AND THE REMANING SOUP MIXTURE. TOP WITH PORK CHOPS..COVER & BAKE AT 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 & 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL FORK TENDER...
