Glad You liked them Ladies ; Rosemarie, Sue has been taking care of me. She made me chicken soup & a turkey sandwich for supper .Just to let you know! Sue is not the faster camper when it comes to e mails. She has to use the computer all day @ work @ the doc's office. Same thing with the phone I'm having a rough couple of days ,hope to feel better tomorrow I've running a low grade temp, Lungs are still pretty clear but I'm getting up some nicotine colored "peanuts" they seem to be coming from way down inside . I can't believe I've still got some of them after 10.5 mos. of no smoking .See you all tomorrow.

Rosemarie - I do like seeing the eagles. I asked my daughter about the Tiger-cam at the Toronto Zoo. She said they are showing a recording right now. The baby's aren't that small anymore. The cam isn't live right now. John, so sorry you still aren't feeling up to par yet. I hope you get to feeling better real soon.

I happened to tune into the eagles today, while the mother was feeding the babies. This was quite something to see. Although it seemed that she gave majority to the larger eaglet. She only reached over to the smaller one very few times. I've heard of some species where only the largest and strongest baby survives. Is this the case with eagles???

Cheryl ; To put you @ ease I watched it yesterday quit a bit & the little one ate quite well . It seems the mother or father does feed the big one first & when that one get full it can't move very well & the litter one gets a chance to eat all it needs. Last year it appeared to be that the little one wasn't getting as much to eat. but after about a month it will be able to hold it's own By July they will be pretty close to the same size when they leave the nest for good

Here you go Spike www.firstlightpower.com/eagles/default.asp when you open this page click on the two babie Eagles. And then I click on 45k and in just a minute they come up on the screen. Now if you get only a blue screen that means the cam is not working at this time but keep checking back. We have watched them sinse they we still eggs. You are going to love it. Enjoy. Happy Trails

I just checked in on the eagles, but I sometimes get a black screen when I click on the 45K. I'll check back later and see if it's been fixed.

When I go to the eagle site, I get the still picture o.k. But when I click on the live camera, I'm still getting just a black screen. Is everyone else getting the live camera image o.k. ?

John, Cheryl,
Yes I get the black screen also. I am really missing them. If the wind blows sometimes it really helps the camera. I guess them we will all be wishing for a nice wind over the nest.

Cheryl, Yes I go about everyday. The one is still mostly white. Beautiful markings. I know it will change I wonder if that is how you tell the males from the females maybe the white young one is the female. I don't know a thing about birds so it is a guess. like most of my life

Love it! I checked on the eaglets today..... sort of brings things more "relative" and closer to home when you can actually see them in "their home"
I'm gonna check the other cams tomorrow. Thanks Linda

Wow, I haven't checked on the baby eagles in awhile. One already has a white head. They're growing really quickly. Well, on second thought - that was probably one of the adults -
