Hi I just decided to go for a walk, and about a third of a mile into the walk, I decided to try a six min walk test ? I reset my step counter, set a countdown timer and walked as fast as I could. About 3 mins into the walk, I got a little sob, at 4 mins, more sob, but nothing that meant I had to stop. I carried on going and when the 6 min countdown came to a end, I saw that I had walked 695 steps. Its around 2000 steps per mile.
How does this compare please to what I should be able to do.
