1 c sugar 2-2 1/2 c flour 1/2 lb oleo (softened) 4 eggs 1 t. vanilla Mix all together. Make like a waffle. Sprinkle with powered suger.
I drop apprx. 1 1/2 T in middle of each waffle spot so they aren't so big, and look like snowflakes.
Can also drizzle with chocolate instead of powered sugar.
Super easy.

Sounds easy but..... I'm a little on the "slow side" - do you need a waffle maker?

Jackie I only know to use waffle iron. The batter is consistency of waffle mix so not sure if can bake.

Just ran a batch of these. Tasty! I think next time I might add almond extract and/or a bit of nutmeg. Daughter thing ( a dyed in the wool peanut butter addict) suggested subbing 1/2 the oleo with peanut butter
