If you do would you please read Kygal's (Mary's) post in the Support/Caregiver's section. Perhaps you have some info you could share to point her in the right direction or suggestions. I know she's appreciate it right now.
Please PM her, I'm confident she'll give you a bit more info on the current situation with her hubby etc... or post something for her. Each province, just like the different States administers programs differently so it's hard for me (living in Nova Scotia) to make suggestions other than the national ones I.E. CPP etc.
