Whatever YOU are comfortable with. Don't worry about posting in the wrong area or anything; that's why we have great moderators who can move things or copy etc.
There's a fair bit of information over many pages and our folks are pretty friendly and quite diversified here when it comes to COPD. If they don't know something they'll point you in the right direction at the very least.I guarantee you'll be made to feel at home right away!
