I received an e mail a short while ago; came in here and saw for myself.... Tom (Rose's husband)posted the following in the Daily section...... "I want too thank everyone here for being here for Rosemarie She went too be with her mom and Dad this morning. I loved her dearly and there wasnt anything more that i loved more They say she passed between 6 and 8 this morning. Again I want too thank everyone for being here for her. Shes gone to be with Jesus at least she isnt hurting any more. thanks Tom "I think we're all in a state of shock. Tom...........I am sooooooo sooooooo sorry. I truly am. I feel badly; I thought if nothing else Rose was "holding her own." I think many of us felt that way..... Rose was a religious woman who NEVER hesitated to pray for someone or start a prayer chain. Ironically this morning my friend (and former Priest from Georgia) ...Brother Ted... emailed me the following....somehow it seems befitting and timely..... "The God of your understanding is with you now, even in this hour, at this precise moment. If you have no understanding of God, that will not matter. God is still here, in this place, with you right now, whispering to your soul, “You are welcome, whenever you are ready to come Home.”
You shall not be turned away, not for any cause or reason. If there be cause or reason you believe to be valid, God – should you want God to – in his moment invalidates it. God – should you want God to – in this moment erases it. God – should you want God to – in this moment makes all paths clear, all roads straight, saying, “Make way for my beloved, who chooses to be Home with God.”
This prayer is offered for you, wonderful child of the universe, as you embark on the most joyful journey you have ever taken, filled with wondrous surprises. A journey into the greatest happiness you have ever know, and the grandest experience you will ever have.
Dream now of glorious things. Dream of every fantasy come true. Dream of every pain disappearing, of everything of which time has robbed you being given back to you again. Dream of seeing loved ones once more – those who have gone before and those who will follow.
Know for a certainly that when you leave here, you will be again with all those who have held a place in your heart and have gone before. And do not worry about those you leave behind, for you will see them, too, again and again, and love them, too, again and again, through all eternity, and even in the present moment. For there can be no separation where there is love, and no waiting where there is only Now.
Smile, then, at the joyful anticipation of what is in store. These gifts have been laid up for you, and God has only been waiting for you to return Home to receive them. Peace, joy and love are you, and are yours, now and always. So it is, and so it shall be, for ever and ever. Amen. The candle's still burning and will continue.....

A Better Place
She’s in a better place right now Than she’s ever been before; All pain is gone; she’s now at rest; Nothing troubles her anymore.
It’s we who feel the burden of Our sadness and our grief;. We have to cry, to mourn our loss, Before we get relief.
We know we’ll reconnect with her At the end of each life’s road; We’ll see her cherished face again When we release our earthly load.By Joanna FuchsTom I am so sorry for your loss, no more pain Rosie....Goodbye My Friend candle is lit.

I am shocked too. She was a sick lady but I too, didn't think she was close to death. We had emailed back and forth on the 22nd so this did stun me.
She is at peace now. Pain free and can breath. May God rest her soul.
Tom, we are so sorry for her loss.

Tom I am so very sorry for your loss. I have been waiting for a post from her wondering how she was doing. She is where there is no pain, no sorrow, walking the streets of gold with our Creator, praising Jesus for all He has done, I can see her walking in the rain, and Dance with Tom (her goals), I will never forget my thoughts and feelings as I read that. Stay in touch Tom you are appreciated!!
Hope
When we lose someone that we love And the loss is too great to bear Our friends are there to comfort us To show they deeply care.
Yet in the very darkest hours When no one is around When saddened and so lonely That's where God's love can be found.
Know that He is beside you He has been there from the start Just reach out and ask for help He will heal your aching heart.
Please Accept My Deepest ~Sympathy~
Goodnight sweet lady will see you when God calls me home, but you will have to walk in the rain with me.

I am so shocked and admit that I am in tears. I had no idea it was close to her time to return home to God. Tom, I'm so very, very sorry, and I know you are hurting deeply because you love Rosemarie. My prayers are with you, and God will get you through the next few days..he will carry you if need be..and after that He will be with you to comfort you. We will be here too thinking of you. Rosemarie--We all will miss you terribly. Below is a link in memory of Rosemarie and to provide us comfort.. Joyce (Somewhere Someday) www.poetrybyken.com/ipoems42/Somewhere%20Someday.html

I am just devastated by this news. Rosemarie was such a good support system for me when these boards first started and we shared many messages about good ol' WV and it being next door to the state where I grew up, KY.....we even shared a few good ol' WV jokes as my sister-in-law grew up not too far from where she lived.
Tom, my thoughts and prayers are with you today and in the coming days and months. I know she touched more than just me in this forum and any others she might have frequented. I can only say, goodbye dear friend and wait for me on the other side. I know we'll see you again someday soon.
Hugs,
Mary

Dear Visitor &/Or Ocassional Poster.....
If you're reading; as many of you have been; please post. You're obviously familiar with Rose (aka Morningstar) or you wouldn't be here..
It's the "right" thing to do & I just want to remind you that you don't need to be a member to write something for her hubby..
I'm confident Rose's husband would derive great comfort from reading your posts.
Thank You Jackie

May the poor woman finally rest in peace. Tom, It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.

all. I have visited before but now come here in grief. The Board where I reside has been advised of the passing of Rosemarie aka Morning Star White Doves. In general terms we have known Rosemarie a lesser time than you, even so she touched the heart and soul of us all. I know not how Rosemarie found us but the fact is that she did and enriched our Board and all of us. You and we know the suffering to which she has been subject in recent time, yet it never was reflected on the surface of her posts or personal contact. I never knew her to speak ill of anyone, albeit that some may have tested her patience. I defy any to dispute that she was a special lady (I do not use the term "Lady" loosely). I wanted to come to here to let you know that you do not bereive her passing alone. She touched many lives and hearts along the way. May she rest in peace.
