I don't know if this will be of interest to many. Pollen can be an irritant and some people, like me, might be allergic to grass pollens. I found the following article quite interesting in terms of how many grasses emit pollens, during what season and at what time off the day. It might help explain some of the differences I notice in my breathing - and I might avoid sitting outside during some of the peak times. Hope this helps some folks: www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/277381.php?tw

Thanks Deborah I find it interesting that it would be 6 pm at night that spikes, noon I would expect. I had allergies so bad yesterday that I went to the dr. & he gave me another inhaler to take for the next 10 days to get the burning out of my lungs and the SOB under control. Gone are the days of getting over the counter relief.

It's a bad year for pollens and other junk that impacts our lungs. Thanks for the article.
