Thank you David, I was born in Sydney, up here in Brisbane police patrols have been increased. Our TV stations have a full coverage at the moment, but I think the police are the only ones who really know what is going on at the moment.
Let's all hope for a happy ending.

I have been watching a Australian TV station. I think it is 9. It was live streaming over the internet. I wouldn't dare watch an American channel right now. They say anything and usually it's wrong. It takes American media 3 or 4 days to sort it out. By then all the people who listened in the beginning still believe all the lies and have spread them around to their friends. No wonder everything is so screwed up. That Australian channel did a good job of not hyping it up. They said it was a nut with a problem and will report it that way until further evidence proves it is more than that. I just hope no one gets hurt.

I really hated the way it ended. The store owner sure was a Hero. This video captures Sydney's hours of terror as told by Twitter bit.ly/12ZkxdJ It's like a minute and seconds long.
