I just found this thread and it explains something to me too. I only need 2L at rest but use 5 or 6 with activity. I can do light exercise on 5L with my LOX but a concentrator on 5L doesn't make it and that might have something to do with the loss of purity at higher liter flows. I wondered what was going on.

Ty so much.. I was told to keep my 02 at 2 1/2 but also putting you're own 02 up and down can cause heart failure. . So I always discuss this with my doctor, again Thank you.
