Is anyone on this med? Supposed to take it approx same time every day... but I don't know how to decide whether it's best to take in the morning or at bedtime. Any input very appreciated...
Thankz Evie

I was in a drug trial for this medication a number of years ago.
Wasn’t available to the public at that time. During study participation, I was instructed to use it in the morning.
As I was working at the time, I linked it with brushing my teeth before heading out the door. Weekends I set a little alarm clock ⏰ until I got used to the timing.

Hi Evie, I'm also on it. I take it when needed like morning and evening. It's a rescue inhaler. For emphysema, or you know COPD. I carry mine with me where ever I go. I also use another one as well. The Orange capped one. forgot the name but it's for fibrosis and emphysema lung disease and which I have both of them. They say 3 to 5 years when diagnosed. I found out in 2016 I have this. Already beat 3 year mark going into 5 years. Talk soon and take care ❤ nighty night 🌙 Evie

Evie - I am not currently on it.
With my physician’s approval and supervision, I switch my inhalers around every two or three years.
It was my idea and it seems to have worked for me for quite a while.
But not smoking and some exercise/activity are crucial to maintaining my respiratory status.
Good luck, friend!

Evie, I have been on this for a number of years. I take it in the morning with my other in hailer. There are two delivery methods for this drug. The first out was a small pill that you put into the inhailer, press a button to puncture the pill and jnhaile quickly to get the dose, as it spins to release the drug. This you do daily. The second (newer) inhailer is a canister that you put into the inhaler part monthly, and twist it to access the drug, then press a button and a mist is released while you breathe in normally. You do this twice to get your daily dose. Both at the same time, once a day. I hope this info has helped.

I really like this medication, I am using the nifty inhaler. I could feel a difference almost immediately. Certainly by the next day. I am so grateful for this help.
It's been a week and I can walk up the 12 steps from the basement without needing the rescue inhaler at the top.
I can vacuum in one go instead of needing to rest several times.
I can shower without having to hold onto something and am not exhausted after.
I will be able exercise longer than one minute...
It's making a BIG difference in my world. This was a bummer summer for me because gardening was a hardship instead of enjoyable. I am going to be able to enjoy the gardens next spring again.
