I made this today, but made one round loaf and cooked it in the oven, it was more like a giant scone than bread, but very, very yummy with raspberry jam.

This looks delicious, Jim! So easy! I love scones and biscuits so this is right up my alley! I just need to convert the ingredient measurements for my American kitchen! 🤣 Definitely going to try this recipe!

Hi Sally, I used,
one and a quarter cups of flour 1 TSP baking powder 2/3 cup of milk 1 and 1/2 TBSP of vegetable oil about 1Tsp salt.
I needed to add a bit more milk
We ate half yesterday and the rest this afternoon, it was just as fresh today as yesterday.
Next time I make it, I'm going to roll it out and use a scone cutter, bake it and see what happens.

Thanks, Jim! I plan to make the bread for dinner tonight. We are having chili and thought it would go well!
I’ll let you know how it turns out! I’m excited to try a new recipe! 👩🍳

Jim - made the recipe and it turned out very well. I decided to make individual “buns” by using a biscuit cutter. Great texture! Thanks for sharing this! 👩🍳
