2 lbs Hamburger fried (do not drain) 3 table spoons heaping flour or corn starch Mixed in two and a half cups milk mix well. This will be your gravy thicken. Add thickening to hamburger heat on medium heat until desired thickness. You can add water if to thick. Set aside then you need three cups mashed potatoes I use instant myself. Set aside Can of wax beans and green beans. Pre cooked and drained. 2 cups shredded cheese i use Colby jack. you can you any shredded cheese. I line a oblong backing dish with gravy first then a layer of beans,then cheese ,then gravy, ect... The last layer should be cheese. cook covered at 350 for 15 min. Let set for 10 min to settle.
