London Broil With Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika 1 1/2 pounds London broil small jar (4 to 6 ounces) of mushrooms, drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
PREPARATION: Mix together flour, ground black pepper, and paprika; rub London broil with mixture then put in crockpot. In a bowl, combine mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and onion soup mix; pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

Thanks Cheryl; I'm gonna try this one. I ususally don't have much luck with this cut of meat. Maybe this way will make it better.
Rose....London Broil (as I understand it) is a certain cut of beef...a little on the tough side if not cooked properly. It's served/sliced very thin.

Thanks Jackie -- I know "Round" and "Rump" can be a bit tough, but had never heard them referred to as a London broil.

Hey Girls,
This cooked in the slow cooker is very tender. We have had it and I am not a big mushroom fan the flavor here is quite good enjoy.
I loved the chicken one I did it the other day it is good tool.
