Coconut Tart Topping
Mix together 1 cup Coconut (sweetened shredded ) 1 egg 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tblp. butter or margarine
Place tablespoon of mixture on each tart or until all mixture is used
Bake at 350F until tart tops are golden brown 12 tarts
I'm thinking it would probably be good on top of apple crisp, or raspberry crisp.. Yummy!
