Spicy Buns Yeast 3 tea sp High Grade Flour 490g (3½ cups) Brown Sugar 4 Table sp Salt ½ tea sp Nutmeg ½ tea sp (or cinnamon) Sultanas ¾ cup Oil 2 Table sp (I use extra light olive oil) Egg 1, plus water to total 1¼ cups I mix in my breadmaker, then divide into 12 balls, lay out on oven tray, thickness of a pencil between them, grease tray or use non stick cooking paper, cover and set aside for an hour, I bake at 170C (340f) for 15 minutes, all ovens seem to be different. Best eaten hot, with butter, margarine or jam.
