2 cups of flour 3 eggs Salt to taste Water to make a very thick lumpy pudding.
Beat eggs, add flour and salt. Add water small amounts at a time.
Have Broth at a boil, with a teaspoon drop into hot broth. Stirring after every few so they don't stick together. Cook until you can cut them in have and it all it wet.
Make sure to not make them to big.
