Hi folks -- Thanks for the great wishes and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to get here sooner to thank everyone, but I ran into some trouble. Very early Monday AM Rita went down and my son and I struggled to pick her up and sit her on the bed. Thinking she might be hypo-glycemic, I gave her a cup of OJ but it didn't help a bit. I told her to sit on the edge of the bed until she felt a little stronger, then call me and we will leave the room together. Well, she decided to go to the bathroom alone and she fell in the bathroom and we could not get her up, so I called the F.D. ambulance. They came and finally got her up and took her to the hospital. It seems she was dehydrated and her Kidneys had failed. She was a lot of trouble in the ER, so I felt it best to stay with her. Eventually, she started to think more clearly and continued to improve until last night when I took her home. I am now totally exhausted. Nurses will visit for the next 3 or 4 days until I can get my wind and legs back. WHEW!!! Thanks again for the birthday wishes. -- Vic
