HI all. Beebeau - here in the Sonoran desert Az.. I was diagnosed w/ copd almosy a yr. ago. I'm a , as yet , - nonreformed smoker who has cut waaay back - but not quit-yet. No point in lecturing me so please don't start. Thanks , in advance. Once I figure out how to use this site- I may have some 'stuff' to contribute ?? ( massage therapist, Jin shin jytsu/ practioner, & herbalist are modalities that I exercise) In the mean time I'm off to try how use this site I'm lucky to have found you all!!
