Thank you, John, I am sure that this will save a lot of lives in the future should it pass all the trials. It sounds like they wouldn't have to vent people in certain if not all situations. That would be super.

That would be super. For people with COPD the most common reason for venting patients with exacerbations is not so much to raise oxygen levels - you can do this simply with lots of oxygen - but to bring down the CO2 levels when they get high enough to affect the blood pH (acidity).
