Sandy; I'm so very, very sorry.... I've never met your brother but I did get a bit of a glimpse of him through you over the past year or more and from what you've shared here; I can only say... I'm glad you got a chance to visit with him not long ago and, for as sad as it is that he has passed away, he's now at peace, as should you be; he's no longer struggling. Love, Jackie

Dear Sandy - So sorry for your loss. Losing a sibling is very difficult - they share our whole history with us. Take comfort in knowing that Gerry is at peace and his earthly burdens are over. You will be in my prayers.

Oh Sandy, I so know how you are feeling as it's only been 6 mos since I lost my brother. No matter how prepared you are for it, you still don't expect it. I so wish you could feel better about his living situation before he died, but I'm sure he knew how you felt and appreciated your wishes for him. I will say prayers for him and your family. He is at peace now and sp can you be.
Love and angels, Sue

My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I, too know the pain of losing a brother. A person expects to lose a parent but when it is a sibling it just seems to make a person question their own mortality. Once again my deepest condolences.

Sandy, my deepest sympathy for the loss of Gerry, he is pain free and at peace now and that is the blessing. I'm glad he was at the hospice and his children were with him. That has to make for better feelings all around. My prayers for you and your family at this time.
