Is anyone using this yet? If so, how is it working? I would like to know how it works for severe/very severe COPD.

Hi, I have tried the Breo Ellipta and didn't find any improvement while on it. But once again I am in the very severe stage and perhaps nothing will help me at this point.

just got an RX for this today and will start it tomorrow. The information sounds alot like Symbicort but it is a smaller molecule so should provide more effective relief. I'll let you know in a week .

I tried Breo for 2 days and got a super headache along with ear ringing and dizziness , It went away when I stopped. This is listed as a side effect.
So I don't know if it would have worked or not; I'm not going to try again.

Thanks for letting us know al. Don't let that stop anyone else tho. Not everyone gets the same side effects....if any.

Is anyone still using Breo Ellipta? Or was anyone on it long enough to give some feed back?
I've just started taking it recently and I'm getting the urge/feeling like I need to cough up something but there just nothing there. Is this a typical reaction?

I switched from Advair to Breo Ellipta & my anxiety attacks went away.

Just to register my vote - I've been on Breo Ellipta for about 6 months with improvement in my breathing. Plus I like the system - better than some other inhalers where there was too much residue remaining in the mouth.

Hi, I have severe copd and started breo a few months ago. The RT at my pulmonary rehab said I should be using Incruse with it, so I talked to my doctor and he said we will try it. I am finally starting to notice a difference as I am finally able to be active. We had a very hot summer and were surrounded by forest fires so I was stuck inside. I hope it works for you. I feel it can't hurt to try something new because you just never know. Good Luck
