To our members ; Here we are at yet another cross road. As you all know our MS Jackie left very little to chance! She had made arrangements for the transfer of administrator duties back in 2011. I had agreed to accept in the event she could no longer fill her obligations to COPD IN CANADA AND THE WORLD . So it is my hope that we can continue the tradition of our founder Phil and our previous administrator Jackie.I am confident with the experience of myself , our co administrator Bobbi,who has been here like my self since the beginning,our Global moderators Jim, Sandy and Susan Ny . Our welcome ambassador and coffee make Peter and our librarian Aero .Our mission along with your continued support we will be able to help our forum sustain and grow.

I've been working hard lately on making a number of changes and additions to the Forum here and the Network (COPD Canada Patient Network) as of late and it will continue over the next 6-8 weeks.
It's imperative that there is always back-ups and Plans B & C don't you agree? And; personally speaking, it takes a load off my conscience/mind. It really does. Continuity is key.
We're very fortunate here because the goals of the members (you) of this forum are pretty much the same for us all. And; we have a couple of really great Co-Admins (Bobbi & John) that have ridden all the waves and curves. Added to the mix is our relatively new super Global Moderator... Susanny.
Our "John" has agreed to be the lead Administrator in the event I'm not able and for that I'm extremely appreciative. I know that you are as well.
There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes at times and it can take a lot out of a person but I know, with your help, John can and will do the job if he's called upon.
I have every confidence in him and his abilities.
So; without further adieu; I give you John. He WILL be the Administrator if/when/should I not be available.
