I copied a bit of a "Tidbits and Tricks" post from copd.net for Jan 7,2017 -
"...Do you periodically feel stressed and aren’t sure why? What’s on your TV? The news? Politics? How about social media and all of the negativity? So many try to goad others on. Take time to turn off the TV and the internet. This is a good time to practice your pursed lip breathing. Pray or meditate. Clean a drawer. Find something relaxing to do. This can all get overwhelming and has been known to affect breathing and put people on blood pressure meds. Know your stress level and turn it off before it gets too far..."
One of the communities around copd.net is interesting. They are technical writers who have either a direct or indirect relationship with COPD.

Yes, I agree! I do this. I sit in the quiet house. Clean out my closet, matter of fact I just did this a few days ago. . Also when I buy a new outfit I bring one to the church, or in my case I fill a bag, hahaha. I always have my summer stuff put away and winter stuff in now. Then I'll do it all over in the spring. I have in between clothes as well. Like short sleeves and such. But, This year Christmas stressed me out, it was very hard, to much going on and not enough in my family remembering what Christmas really means!!
