Question electricians??? Can a "trickle charge marine battery (with inverter?) have the ability to run a 02 concentrator? concentrator= 120v, 60hz, 3.4amp
i'm looking for something i could just sit under my table behind concentrator with wall outlet right there....and something that would last several hours (or thru the night if needed)----i lose electricity A LOT! where i live & sitting in the dark (with candles) with 14' of hose to a big "E-tank" on wheels is not fun. i'd love any input!!!!
and to "push further" could this battery run my o2 concentrator & perhaps a lamp with a 20w fluorescent bulb (or regular bulb if need)? i thought of a generator once, but that is too much for me to keep up, it wouldn't be able to be kept & run inside the house etc.
Last night it was only 4 hours that i lost electricity, but i have often lost it for + hours at a time. my laptops battery doesn't even work (went thru a few, something wrong with it---sister had same problem with this model computer)
would love any input/suggestions!

I don't know but it got me thinking about solar power. I wonder if that would work?

I am not an expert in electrical. But, a marine battery might run a portable but I doubt it would hand a full blown concentrator. You would almost need a small generator. I would think you would require around 400-500W in power to run it. Two or three 250W solar panels might handle it allowing for variability in sun availability.
I purchased extra batteries for my Portable concentrator, it also comes with a charger for the car. I have enough batteries for 27 hours as Pulse setting 3 or 12 hours at setting 5. If needed I can run the car and recharge the batteries.
