Thanks Jade for the chicken recipe with whole carrots & potatoes they showed ....I finally learned how to put a chicken breast with bones in, inside aluminum foil pouch and bake. One breast got me 3 meals. I cooked frozen spinach & carrots, kept in fridge and microwaved to heat. I really need protein, low sodium and low carbs. I'm having a hard time meeting those needs since I depend on delivered groceries about once a month.
