I can relate to that.
It has become a challenge to take the effort to cook because I don't have the appetite.
It has been getting worse for the last year or so.

John - I did experience loss of appetite and subsequent weight loss. Came on unexpectedly and with the aging process. It has gotten better. I have learned to make sure I always have food items that appeal to me on hand. I no longer worry about high fact and high sodium warnings. Playing music during my meals seem to help - I think it makes me more relaxed and less focused on the eating processs. Stay 💪! There are no easy answers.

My sister (does not have COPD) had mentioned that her appetite has fallen off as well.
We do have to careful. I am convinced that the reduced appetite which led to reduce fibre intake
was the main cause of my bout of Diverticulitis. Not something you want to get. We do need a
certain level of intake to keep the internals moving properly and regularly.
