Yesterday I received an e-mail about the National Health Framework being sponsored by our Canadian Lung Association.
Apparently the Ontario Lung Association is having a meeting on March 17th and they will be inviting someone from Copd Canada.
It would be a logical choice for either Ellen or I to go. Chris and Jackie have both been to meetings before.
I would like some input from you as to what topics you feel are most important for COPD'ers. Early diagnosis, preventative maintenance, diet and exercise, more spirometery testing etc.
You have a chance here to voice your opinions and take an active part in forming the basis for future treatments and actions.
Copd is the same disease whether here or anywhere else so any input is welcomed.

Bear I would like to see Dr inform patents a little sooner that they have copd . In my case, I have found out that my old Dr had copd stamped in my chart 2 years before he told me ? AS we all know 2 years can make a huge difference in progression Thanks for taking the time and going for all of us
