Phil, I was wondering if there was an option to hear a sound when one has a personal message?? I'm one of those people that don't seem to notice things and half the time I don't see that I have a message waiting.

Cheryl;
• Click on "messages" at top of page. • In Red Bar at top of message window, go all the way to the right and click on "preferences" • Scroll to bottom and select one or both methods of notifications.
You are done and you will be notified when you get a message. -- Vic

Hi Cheryl,
Sorry for delay.
There are two ways to alert us if we have a PM (Personal Message). To set them up, go to the top of the page and where it says, "you have 0 messages, 0 are new", click on "0 messages". On the new page, if you look on the far right you will see, "preferences". Click on this. Go down the page to NOTIFICATION. One option is, "Do you wish to have an email sent to you when a private message is received?" The other option is, "Would you like an alert box to notify you when a new private message has arrived?". You can choose one or the other or both of these options.
Hope this helps,
Phil
