Congrats on quit smoking for one year ,Its been a long time and I hope that you keep up the good work on quit smoking, I hope that this finds you in good health and hoping that you are breathing alot better.

Just stay on guard, the urge to smoke will still come and go for a year or so yet.
Just remind your self that you don't want to have to stop all over again
