I just had a conversation with Ellen's hubby, Harry.

They didn't so the surgery yet....he's hoping it's this afternoon. (They do surgeries in the afternoon at Oshawa Gen)

There was a concern re: her breathing so they did a CT. E'thing at this point seems a "go" from what he knew thus far. Like Harry said at least she got to eat something last night!

Her grandchildren have been in today as well.

So; here's hoping they "get it done!"

If they go ahead he said he'd try and call this evening.....

Also; she's been getting your "Well Wishes!"

It's possible she might be moved to the 7th Fl but I think your notes will still reach her if you want to send a note (the link I posted y'day)

When/if I hear anything more I promise to let you know......

Well I hope it gets done today, then at least on Christmas day she will feel she is on the road back to being fit.

I know like LindaNY we are all on pins and needles waiting. At least she got to eat. I only hope her pain is being controlled. How sweet her Grandchildren are visiting her. Till we hear more thank you again!

Thanks for the update. I am so glad the grandchildren visited, I know she must have loved that. I hope they do the surgery sooner rather than later.
