My sister sherry also has copd and has been real sick in
ICU ...Today the doctor says she has improved enough to move her to a room...I thank God, but she has a long way to go..I would appreciate prayers for her..

Virginia, I am glad she is improving enough to be moved from ICU. I will keep her in my prayers.

Oh Virginia......... Of course I'll say a prayer tonight! for you as well; w/o a doubt. I wish you had told us sooner..... I don't know your sister's circumstances but coming outta ICU can be a hard road; even harder when you're still in. On the PLUS side... she's been transferred out! Love & Hugs my friend...... and; for your sister I'll send a visitor who's willing to stick around for awhile.... I think you've met before.  |

Virginia; I am really glad to hear that about your sister. I hope they can give her encouragement and maybe she can get even better. I miss you, my friend. I had to sign in here to acknowledge your post. I have been concerned about you too. Just cannot get everyone written to during the hours I am up. Please take care of yourself. Breath easy and take care. I will have Sherry, You and the rest of the family in my thoughts and prayes. |

A difficult time but hopefully your sister is on the mend. Just getting out of the hospital atmosphere can make a world of difference. Take care and I know we'll all be sending warm thoughts and prayers your way for both you and your sister.

Thanks to all of you...Just heard from her , no change from yesterday..But she has a good doctor, seems to care about her...So my hopes she will start improving faster..

Thanks...She is improving a little every day..they let her husband give her a sponge bath today, I can emagine how comforting that was..They even got her up for a few minutes...Thanks with all my heart..

Virginia,
The power of prayer is awesome. I have kept you and your sister in my prayers and thoughts and hearts, I have only one sister, but she choose to not speak to me or my brother's, when my one brother Allen, my hero, my best friend died, she didn't blink, nor care. We are only one year apart. You are so lucky you have a nice sister, and she is luckier than you, because she has YOU!
I truly hope she contuines to inprove, and you both get to make many more happy memories together!
