I'm really proud of this lady. (If you've not read her LVRS story here, please do! It's inspiring) Last year we held our 1st Lungevity Walk on World COPD Day. Not only did this lady "sponsor" a walker; she walked herself..... 5.94 miles in just over 2 hours (her personal best)!!!!! I am PROUD to introduce to you........Arlene (Muffin)  We also have a few other members here that participated on World COPD Day; I'll re-introduce them at later date in case you missed them in the December 2008 Newsletter |

 I believe I saw this pic in newsletter? I am glad it was posted here too. I think it is truly great you have more normalcy in life now. I love that smile.
